General Conditions
SYMBIOZZ EXPERIENCE

Welcome to SYMBIOZZ!
We invite you to disconnect from daily life and reconnect with nature through our immersive experiences. By booking with us, you agree to the following conditions, designed to ensure a harmonious and transformative stay.


1. Reservations

How to book:

  • Browse our experiences on [website] and select your preferred retreat or activity.

  • Complete the booking form and make the payment to confirm your spot.


Minimum stay:

  • Most of our retreats require a minimum stay of 2 nights (varies depending on the package).


Payment & Confirmation:

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, or bank transfer.

  • A confirmation email with your stay details will be sent within 24 hours.


2. Cancellation Policy

Flexible options:

  • More than 15 days before arrival:

    • Full refund (minus 5% processing fee) or rescheduling at no extra cost.

  • 8-15 days before arrival:

    • 50% refund or voucher valid for a future stay.

  • Less than 7 days before arrival:

    • No refund or rescheduling available.


Modifications:

  • Changes are subject to availability and must be requested 15 days before arrival.


3. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: From 4 PM (self-access with code sent prior to your stay).

  • Check-out: Before 10 AM. Please turn off lights, heating, and taps.


4. Experience Details

Included amenities:

  • Eco-designed accommodations (queen bed, solar electricity, dry toilets).

  • Equipped kitchenette (gas stove, utensils, filtered water).

  • Campfire (wood available for €15/bundle).


What to bring:

  • Warm clothing, sturdy shoes, and reusable water bottle.

  • Optional: Snacks, books, or travel journal.


5. Safety & Ecology

  • No smoking in accommodations and surrounding areas.

  • Respect wildlife: Keep food out of reach; do not feed animals.

  • Emergency instructions displayed in each accommodation.


6. Weather & Force Majeure

  • No refunds for inclement weather, but rescheduling is offered.

  • SYMBIOZZ reserves the right to cancel a stay for safety reasons (full refund).


7. Liability

  • Guests assume the risks associated with outdoor activities.

  • SYMBIOZZ accepts no liability for loss, theft, or injury.


8. Pets

  • Some accommodations accept pets (€20 fee; must declare upon booking).
